We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads for commercial real estate projects
- Present and promote commercial properties to potential investors and business clients
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, admin) for smooth deal execution
- Handle documentation, follow-ups, and closing procedures professionally
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close sales, especially high-ticket or B2B deals.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Confidence in presentations and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of commercial real estate (shops, offices, plazas, warehouses, etc.)
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate sales or B2B sales (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital lead management systems
- Local market knowledge is a plus

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
