We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads for commercial real estate projects
  • Present and promote commercial properties to potential investors and business clients
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, admin) for smooth deal execution
  • Handle documentation, follow-ups, and closing procedures professionally
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to close sales, especially high-ticket or B2B deals.
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Confidence in presentations and client meetings
  • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate (shops, offices, plazas, warehouses, etc.)
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate sales or B2B sales (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital lead management systems
  • Local market knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
