Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their furniture and lifestyle requirements
- Provide detailed product knowledge on sofas, recliners, beds, dining, and accessories
- Assist customers with product selection, customization, and order placement
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely dispatch
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution
- Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Follow company pricing, discount, and promotional policies
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, retail, or lifestyle products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with a presentable personality
- Basic computer skills (POS, MS Excel, WhatsApp follow-ups)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
