Role Description

This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for a Sales Representative. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential sales opportunities, presenting product solutions, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining excellent communication with both internal teams and customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Sales Representative will be expected to stay updated on company offerings and market trends while contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Water Treatment, Chemical Treatment, HVAC systems, or related industries is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• Ability to operate efficiently in a collaborative and fast paced environment
• Willingness to travel locally within the UAE for client meetings
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
