Job Opening: Sales Representative – U.S. Truck Dispatching

Location: Model Town, Lahore, Pakistan

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for onboarding U.S. trucking companies and owner-operators by offering dispatching, factoring support, insurance assistance, and MC leasing services. Your main duties include:

Making outbound calls to U.S. truck owners (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Box Truck, Power Only, etc.)

Pitching dispatch services and generating new contracts.

Understanding carrier needs and offering the best market solutions.

Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with drivers.

Generating leads using load boards, carrier databases & online platforms.

Following up with potential carriers to convert leads into active clients.

Coordinating with dispatch operations when onboarding carriers.

Assisting carriers with setups for factoring, insurance, and compliance if needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).

Confidence in cold calling and client handling.

Basic understanding of sales, customer service, or logistics (preferred).

Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.

Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to grow.

Basic knowledge of U.S. trucking (training will be provided).
