Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to represent Camprex across digital sales channels and our showroom. This role combines online lead conversion, in-store sales excellence, and active participation in content creation to support our brand presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Sales & Lead Conversion
- Convert inbound leads into customers through WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers in English and Arabic.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Camprex products.
- Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
Showroom Sales & Customer Experience
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the Camprex showroom.
- Deliver a premium, personalized sales experience aligned with the Camprex brand.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including product explanation, closing, and after-sales support.
- Ensure the showroom remains organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Content Creation & Brand Engagement
- Participate in creating engaging content such as product photos, videos, reels, and customer testimonials.
- Support social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Assist in on-camera content, product demonstrations, or live interactions when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (online or showroom).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable selling via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Interest in outdoor, camping, or lifestyle products is a strong plus.
- Willingness to participate in content creation and appear on camera.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
