Vape Retail Shop Sales Staff – Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the shop and provide friendly, professional service
• Verify customer age before all vape-related sales and strictly follow legal requirements
• Sell vape devices, e-liquids, disposables, and accessories responsibly
• Explain product features, differences, and proper use in a clear, non-misleading way
• Assist customers with product selection based on preferences and store policies
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments accurately
• Maintain well-organized product displays and restock shelves as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and report low or damaged stock to management
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
• Handle customer questions, returns, or complaints professionally
• Refuse sales to underage customers or anyone not meeting legal requirements
• Follow all health, safety, and compliance regulations related to vape retail
• Stay updated on new products, pricing, and store promotions
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical retail standards
• Assist with opening and closing the shop
• Receive and check incoming stock deliveries
• Help with compliant in-store promotions
• Prepare basic daily sales or stock reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
