What you’ll actually do

  • Build a consistent sales pipeline across HVAC, commercial, and institutional projects
  • Engage with consultants, architects, and MEP contractors to understand project requirements
  • Convert drawings and BOQs into actionable sales by proposing optimized solutions
  • Own the complete sales cycle from outreach to closure
  • Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and consultant meetings

What matters

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, building materials, or construction preferred)
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle from design to procurement
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and communicate effectively
  • Relationship-driven approach with a focus on quality and credibility
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment
