What you’ll actually do
- Build a consistent sales pipeline across HVAC, commercial, and institutional projects
- Engage with consultants, architects, and MEP contractors to understand project requirements
- Convert drawings and BOQs into actionable sales by proposing optimized solutions
- Own the complete sales cycle from outreach to closure
- Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and consultant meetings
What matters
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, building materials, or construction preferred)
- Understanding of the project lifecycle from design to procurement
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and communicate effectively
- Relationship-driven approach with a focus on quality and credibility
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment
