Every day is different but here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Achieving activity metrics that lead to meeting your sales objectives
• Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory
• Driving additional sales via cold-calling and lead-generation campaigns
• Preparing for sales calls, product presentations, and driving new business

Base pay is $52,000 with unlimited earning potential. If you hit your goal, you’ll make over $90,000. If you exceed your goal, the sky’s the limit.

Requirements for you to thrive at Balfurd:

• Minimum 1-year sales experience or equivalent (New B2B sales experience preferred)
• Strong drive to be successful
• Valid Drivers license
• Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and computer proficiency
• High School Diploma or GED
• Hunter sales mentality – goal driven and self-motivated

The Sales Territories will be Central PA.
