Sales Representative

Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Quality Supermarket, Ras Al Khaimah Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Quality Supermarket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: *Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. *Provide accurate information about products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services. *Answer customers’ questions and address any concerns. *Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing decisions. *Cross-sell products to increase sales. *Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. *Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies. *Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers. *Collect and provide customer feedback to the Store Manager. Stay up-to-date with new products and services.
