Job Description:

Atlantis Tech is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our medical billing and IT services to prospective clients, primarily in the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
• Present and promote company services including medical billing, IT, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Represent the company professionally in all client communications and meetings.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client relationship management.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in handling client calls, virtual meetings, and presentations.
• Ability to understand client pain points and offer effective business solutions.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or outbound sales platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
