We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s products and services by visiting clients on-site. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers
  • Promote company products and services and explain technical features clearly
  • Identify new projects, leads, and potential clients
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts in coordination with management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in outdoor sales (construction, steel, cranes, or industrial sector preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications (advantage)
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good knowledge of UAE construction market
