We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s products and services by visiting clients on-site. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers
- Promote company products and services and explain technical features clearly
- Identify new projects, leads, and potential clients
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts in coordination with management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in outdoor sales (construction, steel, cranes, or industrial sector preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications (advantage)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of UAE construction market
