Sales Representative

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our financial products, engaging with potential customers to help them find the credit solutions that best fit their lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through [cold calling / field marketing / lead follow-ups].
• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our credit card products, including interest rates, rewards programs, and fee structures, to provide accurate information.
• Consultative Selling: Listen to customer needs and recommend the specific credit products that provide the most value to them.
• Application Management: Assist customers through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with financial regulations.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred (experience in banking or insurance is a plus).
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Resilience: A "thick skin" and a positive attitude when handling rejections.
• Integrity: High level of honesty and ethics when handling sensitive customer financial data.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
