Job Description:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Meet Clients and provide Demos on regular basis. Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Capable of expanding business opportunities using latest internet/ digital platform/ Digital Marketing.
- Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences, Webinars and workshops.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by meeting them and understanding their requirements. Also able to explain/Transfer to Director-Engineering staff.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
- Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals.
- Collaborate & Coordinate with staff and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals.
- Regular follow ups with existing client, track outstanding & overdue & taking necessary actions
- Proven ability of generating new sales & negotiation for contracts with clients and closing Business deals.
- Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
- Maintaining accurate records, maintain Daily Sales Reports, Day to day reporting to Director.
- Accomplishes marketing and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
