Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are hiring a high-performing Sales Representative with direct experience in tyre trading and a proven record of exceeding sales targets. This role is for sales professionals who have directly contributed to significant revenue growth in a tyre trading company.

Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

• Proven sales experience with documented target achievements
• Direct experience in tyre trading sales (mandatory)
• Experience working in a Tyre Trading Company
• Background in supply chain / automotive / tyre-related sales
• Demonstrated history of hitting or exceeding targets and driving major sales impact
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Candidates without tyre trading sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Grow and manage dealer/distributor accounts
• Expand market presence and client base
• Negotiate pricing and close high-value deals
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
