Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and purchases.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

- Meet individual and store sales targets.

- Share customer feedback and market trends with management.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

- Collaborate with team members to exceed customer expectations.

- Adhere to company policies, schedules, and break times.

- Report any emergency incidents to the immediate manager.

Qualifications:

- Sales experience is a plus.

- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Positive attitude and dedication to assisting customers.
