Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals
- Pitch company products/services to prospective clients and explain features, benefits, and pricing
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely order confirmation
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or trackers
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely collection of payments and support billing coordination
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and exhibitions
