Sales Representative

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Researching target markets and industries. - Generating leads through various channels.
• Qualifying leads and contacting potential customers.
• Presenting products or services to potential customers and addressing their concerns.
• Negotiating deals and closing sales.
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to existing customers. - Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Identifying and addressing customer needs to retain business.
• Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
• Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Education & Experience:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Proven work experience with minimum 3 years in construction sector or a related field
• Saudi National.
