Sales Representative

Ignite Software & Design is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about digital solutions, technology, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for software and digital solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the marketing team on growth and digital campaigns
• Track sales performance and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Bahraini National
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or digital marketing
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, CRM systems, Google Analytics, or similar tools)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Must be currently based in Bahrain
