Sales Representative

The Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Person to focus on precast accessories and rebar couplers. In this role, you will support our sales team by providing expert technical knowledge, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the selection of appropriate solutions for customers. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting existing clients with technical guidance throughout the sales process. • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions for precast accessories and rebar couplers. • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, technical presentations, and site assessments to showcase the value and capabilities of our products. • Work with engineers and project managers to create custom solutions that meet specific project requirements. • Provide expert technical support and advice on the installation, benefits, and performance of our products. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding product specifications, performance, or installation. • Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to precast construction and rebar coupler systems. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors in the construction industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience 2-3 years in a technical sales, sales engineering, or business development role, preferably within the construction materials, precast accessories, or rebar industry like wire mesh or cut & bend. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences. • Ability to travel to customer sites and offices across Riyadh and the Eastern Province using own vehicle. • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities. Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Understanding of precast concrete accessories, rebar couplers, and related construction products. • Knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and regulations (e.g., ACI, ASTM, BS standards). • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
