Seven Stones Building Materials is one of the largest distributors of stone materials in the Kingdom, specializing exclusively in stone, marble, porcelain, natural wood, natural terrazzo and sanitary fixtures. The company represents premium brands sourced from all over the world, supplying contractors, developers, architects, and retailers across Saudi Arabia.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background specifically in stone, marble, and porcelain sales. The ideal candidate will have in-depth product knowledge, an established network within the Saudi construction and architectural sectors, and a proven record of achieving sales targets within the surface materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients including contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, and retailers.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of stone, marble, porcelain, natural wood, natural terrazzo and sanitary fixtures products.
- Identify new project opportunities across residential, commercial, and large-scale developments.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and project pipelines.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in stone, marble, or porcelain within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of the local construction and finishing materials market.
- Established professional network within contractors and project developers.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Technical understanding of marble grades, porcelain specifications, finishes, and installation requirements.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and BOQs.
- Strong customer service orientation and project follow-up capability.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
