Sales Representative

Job Overview

Casa Pharma RX is seeking a driven, analytical, and execution-focused Sales Representative to serve as a frontline revenue producer within our rapidly expanding telemedicine and compounding pharmacy platform.

This role is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into active buying customers, expanding wallet share within existing accounts, and executing structured sales plays aligned to Casa Pharma’s fiscal operating plan. The Sales Representative will operate within a highly disciplined, data-driven sales environment using Salesforce and LifeFile as core operating systems to manage pipeline, activity, onboarding, and customer lifecycle execution.

Duties

  • Revenue & Pipeline Execution

  • Execute structured sales plays developed by Sales Leadership across new acquisition, reactivation, and account expansion.
  • Convert inbound marketing leads into active buyers through disciplined follow-up, discovery, and solution-based selling.
  • Proactively source outbound opportunities across clinics, telemedicine groups, and provider networks.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene, deal-stage accuracy, and forecast integrity within Salesforce.

Salesforce & LifeFile Execution

  • Operate daily within Salesforce for:
  • Lead management
  • Opportunity tracking
  • Deal progression
  • Activity logging
  • Forecast updates
  • Use LifeFile to:
  • Track customer onboarding completion
  • Monitor account activation status
  • Coordinate documentation and operational readiness with Customer Success
  • Ensure CRM and operational data integrity to support forecasting, production planning, and performance reporting.

Account Development & Retention Support

  • Expand product adoption within assigned accounts through structured replenishment cycles and pricing strategies.
  • Support reactivation of lapsed buyers through coordinated call campaigns and targeted pricing initiatives.
  • Partner with Customer Success for seamless handoffs, renewals, and retention execution.
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) behaviors through proactive account management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Marketing on lead quality, messaging feedback, and conversion optimization
  • Production & Operations to align order flow with capacity
  • Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and account expansion
  • Provide real-time market feedback on customer pricing expectations, product demand, and competitive dynamics.

Performance Management & Skill Development

  • Participate in:
  • Weekly pipeline reviews
  • Call coaching sessions
  • Performance check-ins
  • Continuously improve:
  • Objection handling
  • Product knowledge
  • Regulatory understanding
  • Sales messaging and commercial maturity

Required Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of successful B2B or healthcare sales experience
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM in a quota-carrying role
  • Understanding of LifeFile, onboarding systems, or regulated account workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Strong organizational, pipeline management, and follow-up discipline
  • High confidence in phone-based selling, discovery, and objection handling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
