About the Role

The Sales Executive – Foodservice Equipment is responsible for generating sustainable revenue growth by managing field-based sales activities across the HORECA, hospitality, and commercial sectors. The role combines technical expertise, commercial understanding, and strong relationship management to successfully deliver project-based kitchen equipment solutions from concept to completion.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and F&B operators.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to assess project requirements.
  • Review BOQs, tender documents, and technical drawings to ensure full scope understanding.
  • Coordinate internally with estimation, design, and procurement teams to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
  • Promote and present commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment solutions aligned with project specifications.
  • Lead commercial negotiations in line with company pricing strategy and margin objectives.
  • Close sales agreements and secure project awards.
  • Monitor project execution, ensuring proper coordination until installation, commissioning, and handover stage.
  • Follow up on invoicing and payment collection to ensure financial closure of the project.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships.


Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales preferably in commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or) Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Valid Driving License and car is a mandatory requirement.
