What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners and conduct roof inspections
• Present estimates and explain roofing solutions
• Work company-provided leads and follow up with potential clients
• Generate additional opportunities through referrals or self-prospecting
• Close deals and manage your pipeline
• Keep track of leads and activity using our CRM (JobNimbus)

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Experience in outside sales, in-home sales, or commission-based roles
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Roofing or construction experience
• Home improvement sales
• Solar sales
• Insurance restoration sales
• CRM experience (JobNimbus, Salesforce, HubSpot)
