The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, ensuring our clients receive the best treatment plans while helping the clinic reach its growth milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Guide prospective clients through our range of aesthetic and medical services, explaining treatment plans with clinical professionalism.
• Lead Conversion: Proactively manage inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and social media) and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Relationship Management: Maintain consistent follow-up with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs to contribute to the center’s revenue goals.
• Patient Experience: Provide a high-end, luxury customer service experience from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience specifically within a Medical Center or Aesthetic Clinic (Mandatory).
• Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic (Required).
• Skills: Exceptional persuasion and communication skills with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Professionalism: High standard of personal grooming and a professional appearance suitable for the aesthetic industry.
