Locations: Eau Claire, Wausau, La Crosse, & Rhinelander, WI
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary + Commission

Dan the Moving Man is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our office team. This position is responsible for booking moving jobs, guiding customers through the estimating process, and ensuring all logistical details are accurate before moving day.

If you are confident on the phone, organized, and enjoy helping customers through important life transitions, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to online moving inquiries
• Collect detailed customer information (addresses, move dates, inventory, access details, special items, etc.)
• Provide accurate moving estimates based on company pricing structure
• Schedule jobs and coordinate availability with dispatch and crews
• Answer logistical questions from customers (packing, timing, access, policies, etc.)
• Communicate important job details to moving crews and office staff
• Follow up on leads and close bookings
• Maintain accurate records in company software

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Sales experience preferred (inside sales, service sales, or customer service background)
• Ability to confidently explain pricing and close bookings
• High attention to detail (inventory accuracy is critical)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
• Professional, positive attitude
• Basic computer proficiency
• Problem-solving mindset

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Commission
• Commission paid on booked and completed jobs
• Performance-based earning potential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
