Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation efforts to expand our B2B sales pipeline.
  • Manage territory sales by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts through effective account management strategies.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical sales aspects when applicable.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share within assigned territories.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and participate in trade shows or industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and relationship building across diverse industries including technology or retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and proficiency in using technology tools for lead generation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in inside sales or direct sales environments is a plus, along with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with team members. Pay: $4,568.73 - $5,512.88 per month
