Sales Representative

Duties

  • Manage existing accounts through proactive account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify potential clients through lead generation techniques and develop customized proposals to meet their business needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for strategic planning

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively
  • Expertise in business development strategies and lead generation techniques
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations
  • Ability to perform technical sales by understanding complex product features and translating them into client benefits
  • Skilled in analysis to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Customer-focused mindset with outstanding customer service skills
  • Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
