Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new clients, building relationships, and converting leads into interior design and fit-out projects. This role is ideal for a self-driven salesperson who thrives in a commission-based environment and is passionate about interior design and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and online platforms.
• Identify potential residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.
• Present the company’s interior design and fit-out services to potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, consultations, and project brief discussions.
• Coordinate with designers and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, architects, and contractors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update and maintain a database of clients and leads.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of sales experience (interior design, fit-out, real estate, construction, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Knowledge of interior design or construction services is a plus.
