Position Overview

RVP Consultants, LLC (“RVP”), headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, USA, is seeking a Sales Representative based in Egypt to support the growth of its international education programs.

This is a full-time remote role working directly with the Founder & CEO. The position focuses on expanding RVP programs by building relationships with schools, education companies, students, and educators globally.

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable with outreach and cold calling, and capable of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to schools, education companies, students, educators and organizations worldwide
• Conduct cold outreach and cold calls to generate new leads
• Present RVP programs to school leaders and decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding partners
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting
• Support global sales initiatives and partnership development for RVP programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and managing the full sales cycle
• Experience in education, EdTech, training programs, or international programs is preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a global sales pipeline
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience working with international clients or markets is a plus

Work Environment

- Remote position based in the Egypt

- U.S. Time Zone with flexibility across multiple countries and time zones.
