Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Boost Mobile, you are the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of wireless products and services. Your role is to help customers stay connected by identifying their needs, providing solutions, and promoting Boost Mobile's products, including phones, rate plans, accessories, and value-added services. Hourly wage(depends on experience) + commission/bonuses based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless products and services
• Sell phones, accessories, insurance (Boost Protect), and activate new service lines
• Promote AutoPay enrollments and explain the benefits clearly to customers
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boost Mobile plans, promotions, and devices
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
• Uphold all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
