This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a high-income sales career with strong marketing support, structured bonuses, and long-term earning potential.

Compensation & Income Potential

• 1099 independent contractor (commission-based)
• Estimated first-year earnings: $60,000 – $150,000+ based on performance
• Average first-year agent earns approximately $85,000
• Weekly commission advances on new sales (up to 9 months)
• Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual performance bonuses
• Production-based residual income
• Uncapped earning potential

• $1,500 marketing allowance upon appointment
• $500 weekly marketing support (based on activity and performance requirements)
• Milestone Bonus Program:

o Up to $4,750 in the first 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage new business opportunities
• Communicate with prospects and clients professionally
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships
• Meet weekly and monthly production goals
• Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking
• Participate in training and team meetings

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Reliable phone and internet access
• Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor
