Job Responsibilities of Sales Representative;

1) Promote and sell ORF construction chemical products like sports flooring products, different types of glues etc.

2) Identify and develop new business opportunities

3) Build and maintain strong relationship with builders, consultants, contractors, etc.

4) Understand the customer requirements and provide the required product/ solution for the customers

5) Support the customer with installation and approval stages

6) Monitor project timelines, delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.

7) Track market trend, competitor analysis and pricing strategies

8) Provide regular sales report, forecast and pipeline updates to the management.

9) Ensure proper handover of completed projects and develop long time relationship for future projects and referral.

Qualification required:

1) Educational Qualification

(Bachelor’s degree in:)

  • Marketing / Business Administration / Chemistry
  • Any related field or equivalent experience
  • (For technical paint products, a chemistry or coatings background is a plus)

2) Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in selling construction chemical material like polyurethane, epoxy etc.

3) Basic knowledge of PU material is essential and knowledge about flooring product will be an added advantage.

4) Knowledge about sports governing standards (FIBA, IAAF, FIFA, BWF)

5) Ability to coordinate with mock up and site trials.

6) Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
