Hiring Sales Reps - Kansas & Missouri

Responsibilities

  • Inspect residential and commercial properties for storm, wind, hail, and weather-related roof damage
  • Document and photograph damage findings to build a compelling, evidence-based claim presentation
  • Present damage assessments to homeowners in a clear, confident, and consultative manner
  • Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish
  • Obtain signed contingency agreements from homeowners
  • Meet on-site with insurance adjusters to advocate for maximum claim approval
  • Work alongside our in-house Public Adjuster to ensure every dollar is fought for on your deals
  • Collaborate with in-house supplementing team to maximize claim value after initial approval
  • Coordinate with in-house production team to ensure seamless project handoff after approval
  • Follow proven systems and processes from initial inspection through final check collection
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and self-generate referrals through neighborhood canvassing and networking
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, appointments, and deal status
  • Represent the company professionally in the field across Kansas and Missouri territories
  • Hit personal and team sales targets consistently

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to negotiate deals confidently
  • Experience in commercial driving, including route planning and safe driving practices
  • Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and totals accurately
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, deliveries, and inventory efficiently
  • Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during product handling or merchandising tasks
  • Familiarity with merchandising standards to optimize product presentation
  • Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities
