Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning strategies
  • Build and manage a personal book of business
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new agents
  • Develop leadership skills through structured systems and coaching
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and licensing requirements

Compensation:

  • 100% performance-based (commission)
  • No income cap
  • Incentives, residual income, and leadership overrides available
