Position Overview

We are expanding our U.S. piping and fittings sales team and are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth within an assigned territory. This role partners closely with the Sales Director and focuses on new customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to grow market share
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing customers
  • Train and support distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and sales performance
  • Manage sales orders accurately and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, municipalities, and other key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
  • Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit regular sales reports

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with PVC pipes, fittings, or construction-related products is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
