Job Description: Sales & Inventory Associate

Full Circle Haul Away is more than just a junk removal service; we are a sustainability-focused organization dedicated to giving items a second life. Our mission is to make landfill waste obsolete by identifying high-quality materials, furniture, and other goods during our removal jobs and reintroducing them into the community. We are currently scaling our operations with the long-term vision of establishing a dedicated recycling center a, thrift store, and a local rage room.

**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Sales & Inventory Associate to bridge the gap between our removal jobs and our customers. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to manage their own "mini-business" within our company. You will be responsible for transforming stored inventory into revenue by managing the end-to-end sales process on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and Craigslist.

**Key Responsibilities**

Inventory Management: Visit our storage units in the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area frequently to inspect new arrivals.

Content Creation: Take high-quality, appealing photographs and write compelling descriptions for furniture and various household goods.

Digital Sales: Post and manage listings across multiple social media and classified platforms.

Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries promptly, negotiate pricing within set margins, and provide excellent customer service.

Facilitation: Coordinate and meet with buyers at the storage units to facilitate the physical sale and handoff of items.

**Qualifications**

Self-Driven: Ability to work independently without constant physical supervision.

Sales Savvy: Familiarity with online resale platforms and a knack for "the flip."

Logistics: Reliable transportation to commute to storage locations and a smartphone with a high-quality camera.

Communication: Strong written skills for listings and professional verbal skills for buyer interactions.

Physical Ability: Must be comfortable moving or staging furniture items within a storage unit for photography.

**Compensation & Benefits**

This is a high-upside, performance-based role. We believe in rewarding the hustle directly.

Commission: 50% commission on the final sale price of every item you sell.
