Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in choosing suitable bags (handbags, backpacks, luggage, wallets, etc.)
• Understand customer needs and recommend products based on style, usage, and budget
• Explain product features such as material, durability, brand, and functionality
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure attractive product displays
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash payments
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment
• Stay updated on new collections, trends, and promotions
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience (fashion, accessories, or luggage preferred)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance
• Basic knowledge of bag types and materials is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
