Sales Representative

Job Summary
Local cabinet shop seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our offerings. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Experience in kitchen remodels and cabinetry required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
  • Engage in direct sales efforts to promote our products and services to potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking within the territory.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that enhance product visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards goals regularly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales, direct sales, or outside sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of business development principles and strategies to drive market growth.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay will consist of a base salary plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
