Sales Representative – Personal Injury (Texas Territory)
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing Texas team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with experience in personal injury, healthcare, or service-based sales, who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering measurable results.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with personal injury law firms, case managers, healthcare providers, and key partners
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Execute proactive sales strategies including cold outreach, in-person visits, presentations, networking events, and follow-ups
- Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date activity in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Partner with internal teams (operations, clinical, care coordination) to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and referral targets
- Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape within the personal injury space
- Represent Frontline Medical at industry, legal, and community events
What You Bring
- 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, personal injury, or related field preferred)
- Proven success in business development, pipeline growth, and quota attainment
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and networking skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Excellent organizational and CRM management skills
- Confidence presenting to legal and healthcare professionals
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
