Sales Representative

Role Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting WheeKeep’s storage solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and managing client accounts. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Jeddah, with a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience


Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Market research and strategic planning abilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
  • Experience in the storage or service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
