Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and promote our specialized cleaning and facilities management services. The role focuses primarily on AC duct cleaning, water tank cleaning, grease trap cleaning, kitchen hood cleaning, and other related technical services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the facilities management and specialized services sector.

2. Promote technical & specialized services such as follows:

• HVAC System / Air Duct Cleaning
• HVAC Inspection & Maintenance
• Water Tank Cleaning & Pipeline Disinfection
• Kitchen Duct & Grease Trap Cleaning
• Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning
• Facade Cleaning, Inspection & Repairs
• Drain Line Jetting & Sump Pit Cleaning
• Waste Management Services

3. Build a strong database of potential clients through research, cold calling, and primarily site visits.

4. Target and engage prospective clients in sectors such as:

• 3-star and mid-range hotels
• Restaurants, cafés, and food outlets
• Commercial establishments and retail outlets
• Residential and commercial buildings
• Corporate offices and business centers
• Educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities)
• Healthcare facilities (clinics, hospitals)
• Industrial facilities and warehouses
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Engineering/Management Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years experience on the same field.
• Technical knowledge in the above-mentioned technical and specialized services is a plus but NOT required.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive.
• English-speaking (required) & Hindi-speaking (preferred)
• Driving license NOT required.
