Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Salesman for our rice and food products retail business in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the rice retail, FMCG, or food distribution industry and a strong understanding of customer requirements and retail sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell rice varieties and related food products to retail and wholesale customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, and traders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the UAE market.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries, pricing, and order coordination.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and customer visits.

Requirements

• Prior experience in rice retail, rice trading, FMCG, or food distribution industry.
• Good knowledge of rice varieties such as Ponni, Matta, Jeerakasala, Sona Masoori, etc.
• UAE market experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam, Tamil, English, or Hindi is preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
