Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Representative with 2 to 4 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrication products, client handling, lead generation, quotation follow-ups, and closing sales deals.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the production and estimation teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the metal fabrication sector.

Generate leads through site visits, client meetings, referrals, cold calls, and market research.

Meet contractors, consultants, builders, industrial clients, and project owners to promote company services.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the estimation/design/production team for quotations.

Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate with clients to close deals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Prepare sales reports, client visit reports, and pipeline updates.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of sales experience in metal fabrication, steel fabrication, structural steel, aluminium fabrication, stainless steel works, or related industries.

Good understanding of fabrication processes, materials, drawings, and project-based sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Ability to generate leads and independently close sales.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.

Basic computer skills and ability to prepare reports.
