Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting DeepTutor AI’s innovative learning and research solutions to educational institutions, businesses, research organizations, and individual professionals.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for technology, AI, and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Present and demonstrate DeepTutor AI’s features and value proposition to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate training departments, research teams, and enterprise customers.
- Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions using DeepTutor AI.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct virtual and in-person product presentations and demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and customer acquisition strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about AI, EdTech, and research technology trends to effectively position the platform in the market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling SaaS, AI solutions, EdTech platforms, or software products is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in educational technology, AI products, research tools, or enterprise software sales.
- Knowledge of universities, training organizations, or corporate learning environments.
- Familiarity with lead generation and sales engagement tools.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology environment.

Compensation
This is a part-time, commission-based position with no fixed salary.
Sales Representatives earn commissions based on successful customer acquisitions and subscription sales. Earnings are performance-based, with high earning potential for motivated candidates.
Expected monthly earnings may range from QAR 1,000 to QAR 10,000+ depending on sales performance and client acquisition results.
