We are now looking for a dynamic and friendly Salesperson to join our team and help us continue to delight our customers.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Salesperson who is fluent in either English or Arabic and possesses basic computer skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.

✅ Provide detailed information about our products, including ingredients, customization options, and pricing.

✅ Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.

✅ Maintain an organized and clean sales area, ensuring displays are well-stocked and attractively arranged.

✅ Handle customer complaints and issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude.

✅ Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfill special orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

✅ Use basic computer skills to manage orders, track inventory, and update customer records.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English or Arabic is a must.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping customers.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.

Working Hours & Schedule:

11 hours per day

Half-day off per week
