Sales Representative

Overview
LURE Drinks makes 10mg THC crafted mocktails purposefully built to taste like a real cocktail - not a seltzer, and not a sugar-bomb soda with a THC stamp on it. A cocktail alternative that belongs on a bar menu, made with nano-emulsification technology that hits in 15-20 minutes rather than 45-90 like everything else on the shelf. We launched in Minnesota in May 2026 through Johnson Brothers/Artisan Beer Company and are hiring the person who builds this market. This is a full-time, salaried field sales position with a real bonus structure and an equity conversation is on the table for the right hire.

Responsibilities

  • Work on-premise and off-premise accounts with Artisan/Johnson Brothers reps across the Twin Cities metro, building direct relationships with bar managers, buyers, and beverage directors
  • Drive product velocity - placements are step one, reorders are the job
  • Plan and execute account activations and sampling events at priority accounts
  • Hold distributor reps accountable in a way that makes them want to work with you, not around you
  • Log every account call in the CRM same day, every day
  • Report weekly to VP of Sales: what moved, what didn't, what we need
  • Get LUXE on cocktail menus at on-premise priority accounts and into specialty retail sets
  • Build a monthly account rhythm at every Tier 1 and Tier 2 door: check-in, velocity review, reorder

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in beverage, food, or CPG sales - on-premise, off-premise, or distributor side all count
  • Existing Twin Cities account relationships are a real advantage
  • Comfortable working independently on foot in accounts without daily supervision
  • Coachable and hungry enough to sell a brand nobody's heard of yet and figure out how to get it on shelf
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CRM experience is a plus; willingness to use one daily is required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - floor experience matters more here

Compensation

Base salary: $36,000/year, plus a bonus structure built around placements, velocity, and reorders. There is no ceiling on how much you can earn when product is moving. This is also a ground-floor seat at an early-stage brand - equity conversation is available for the right candidate.
