Outdoor Sales Representative
: Foodservice Equipment is responsible for generating sustainable revenue growth by managing field-based sales activities across the HORECA, hospitality, and commercial sectors. The role combines technical expertise, commercial understanding, and strong relationship management to successfully deliver project-based kitchen equipment solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and F&B operators.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to assess project requirements.

Review BOQs, tender documents, and technical drawings to ensure full scope understanding.

Coordinate internally with estimation, design, and procurement teams to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.

Promote and present commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment solutions aligned with project specifications.

Lead commercial negotiations in line with company pricing strategy and margin objectives.

Close sales agreements and secure project awards.

Monitor project execution, ensuring proper coordination until installation, commissioning, and handover stage.

Follow up on invoicing and payment collection to ensure financial closure of the project.

Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining long-term strategic customer relationships.
Requirements:

Experience:
3–5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
