About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive business growth by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Impleko AI’s AI and automation solutions as valuable business enablers. In this role, you will manage the early-to-mid stages of the sales cycle, like qualifying leads, explaining solutions in business-friendly language, and closing or handing over qualified opportunities to senior sales or solution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Present Impleko AI’s services clearly, focusing on business value rather than technical complexity.
• Understand client pain points and propose suitable AI or automation solutions.
• Qualify leads and manage sales conversations through initial deal stages.
• Schedule demos, meetings, and solution discussions when required.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with technical and solution teams to ensure aligned proposals and client expectations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Exposure to US and UAE markets is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain AI, automation, or technical services in simple, business-oriented terms.
• Goal-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
