Role Description

HKW Wealth is hiring a full-time Sales Representative specializing in Arabic-speaking markets. Based on-site in Dubai, this role involves identifying and developing relationships with new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, promoting wealth management services, and achieving sales objectives. The Sales Representative will conduct market research, provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs, and maintain a solid understanding of the company’s offerings, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development, preferably in the financial or wealth management sector.
  • Strong skills in market research and creating tailored solutions for clients.
  • Knowledge of wealth management services, real estate investments, debt financing, and infrastructure development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and think strategically.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market and cultural insights is highly beneficial.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international or multicultural clients.
  • Knowledge of the target industry (customizable).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
