Sales Representative - Arabic speakers PF

We are looking for self-motivated and result-oriented Banking Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Sales personnel preferably with banking experience within UAE (Direct sales of Personal Loans). Banking experience from home country may also be considered.

- Candidate should be target-oriented/self-driven and have an excellent selling skills and strong personality.

- Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota

- Ability to work under pressure in a team as well as independently

- With excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalate certificates

- Must be available in UAE to join immediately

-Can speak both Arabic and English

Salary + Commission

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Promote Personal loans

- Contact potential customers through calls, visits, or referrals

- Explain product features, benefits, and requirements clearly

- Assist customers with applications and collect necessary documents

- Submit applications to the bank and follow up until approval

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

- Provide good customer service and support

- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies
